Erin is a certified Yoga Instructor through You Do Yoga’s 2013 Teacher Training Program. Erin’s classes incorporate asana styles including taoist, yin, and ashtanga yoga, bellydance, meridian exercises, and meditation practice.

Thursdays 5:45 PM – 6:45 at You Do Yoga Cincinnati $14/Drop in

Vinyāsa Def. 1) the linking of body movement with breath; 2) a specific sequence of breath-synchronized movements used to transition between sustained postures; 3) setting an intention for one’s personal yoga practice and taking the necessary steps toward reaching that goal; and 4) a type of yoga class.

All levels Vinyasa is an active class that creates movement in the body with a blend of yoga flows and modern taoist sequences. Everyone is welcome and capable. You don’t even need to bring a mat.
